INGREDIENTS
  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Nomad Pineapple Habanero seasoning
  • 1 cup diced pineapple
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or noodles, for serving
INSTRUCTIONS

Directions:

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced bell peppers and onion and sauté for 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
  2. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the shrimp are pink and fully cooked.
  4. Add the Nomad Pineapple Habanero seasoning to the skillet and stir well.
  5. Add the diced pineapple to the skillet and stir well to combine.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Reduce the heat to low and let the mixture simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  8. Serve the stir-fry over cooked rice or noodles.
