Rub your chicken with our Smokey BBQ blend. Use as much or as little as you like. The more you rub on, the fuller the flavor of your chicken will be. If the chicken you are using has skin, rub some of the spice rubs under the skin as well as on top of the skin.
Let your chicken sit with the dry rub on it for about 30 minutes or at least for 15 minutes, but you can easily let the chicken sit for several hours or even overnight. Be sure to refrigerate the chicken as it sits.
To grill your chicken, set the temperature of your grill anywhere from 350-400º Fahrenheit. Depending on your cut of choice, plan on grilling your chicken for anywhere between 25 to 30 min.
Your chicken will be ready when it reaches an internal temperature of at least 165º Fahrenheit. Use an internal thermometer to test your chicken’s temperature.
